Chest Shops

General#

Chest Shops are player-to-player commerce: stock a chest with whatever you want to sell, set a price, and anyone can buy from it while you are off doing something else.

Setting Up#

1. Place your Chest Shop item inside your own town claim - that is the only place it can go.
2. Put the item you want to sell inside, and type your price in chat when prompted. If the prompt times out, shift-right-click the chest to try again.
3. Done - a hologram above the chest shows the item and price, and switches to "Out of Stock" when it sells dry.

Managing your shop: left-click the chest to manage stock, shift-left-click to change the price. Only you can manage it; everyone else sees the buy prompt.

Rules#

• Chest Shops only work inside your own town.
• They cannot be part of a double chest.
• Keep them stocked - buyers see out-of-stock shops as dead ends.
