Hospital
General#
The Hospital comes in four versions: a full building, two mid-sized layouts including one built around a single floor, and a small layout for the smallest lobbies.
Whichever loads, you will see it in the vote as simply Hospital.

| Full building | 10 or more | Up to 90 |
| Medium | 5 to 9 | Up to 75 |

The full Hospital has the joint-highest zombie spawn count of any layout in the game, so respawning zombies come back from a wide spread of directions rather than one predictable side.
Time of Day#
Like every map, the Hospital loads at one of four times of day and does not advance during the round. Night rounds favour zombies, who see in the dark permanently.
Playing It#
The single-floor layout is worth knowing about: it puts a mid-sized lobby into a comparatively flat space, which changes how much use zombies get out of chasing and how easily survivors can rotate away from a push.
As with every location, size sets the pace. Small layouts reward shotguns and a good barricade; the full building rewards spreading out and staying quiet.
