The Verdant Talisman is one of the relics of the old mines, pulled out of loot chests in the Emerald Mine. It appears in second section onward at roughly 0.09% per item rolled, so expect to open a lot of chests.

Tool Power#
The Verdant Talisman can also upgrade the relics on your Season Tools pickaxe. It unlocks Haste II. Click it in the tool menu to unlock the power, and it is used up when you do.
